How it works:
The QE-Cuff is the next evolution of the instant out cuffs made famous by magicians.
The traditional method has been improved to provide a greater appearance of restrictiveness
while allow for fast "in-and-outs".
The QE-Cuffs maintain the speed and simplicity of the escape while added a greater
sense of security to the escape. By having both ends of the chains permanently connected
to the bar the audience perceives a difficult task of escape. When locks are applied
to remove the slack in the chains, the audiences perceives an impossible challenge.
